My name is Laura Bland, and I am a pastors‘ wife.
I grew up a Catholic, and I became a Baptist at the age of 28. Upon marrying Earl in 1999, I became a Presbyterian. I married into the ministry – although I was very active as a Baptist, I certainly had no clue what it meant to be a pastor’s wife.
I work full-time for a wonderful company in Atlanta as the Controller since 1999.
We have a blended family with all our children grown up and most married and off on their own. I have 2 children, as well as 3 step-children. We have 5 grandchildren.
I consider my life a wonderful blessing from God and would like to share with you my experiences and hopefully you will also be able to share yours with me and other pastor’s wives just like us. God’s children, working in the ministry, for the sake of Christ’s Kingdom.
